I came home today with my new Mazda! It’s not my first and this is still the best dealership on Long Island! Very low pressure when you’re at the browsing stage. Our salesman was Dave Chiari. He is an easy going low pressure professional. Last time my salesman was Phil. He is also a gem. From the sales people to Phil finding me the color I really wanted they are amazing. The credit guy(sorry I don’t remember his name) was also easy going and professional. If you want the easiest car buying experience please stop by Wantagh Mazda. Phil and the whole crew - every single one of them - are a class act! It was so easy and stress free to buy my new CX-50 Hybrid that it was actually fun. But the most significant thing about this buying experience was not walking in and sealing the deal. The most significant thing was how they handled things after I bought the car. Due to no fault of their own, there was an issue with the new car that popped up within the first 24 hours. They didn't even hesitate to do the right thing. They swapped out the car for another exact model and had me off and running by the end of that day. It's easy to give a good review when everything goes according to plan. It's a whole other thing to see how a company responds when something goes awry. Thank you for doing right by your customers. It means the world to me!
one of the best experiences i have had with car shopping, manager was straightforward to point. test drives were great, explanation of suv was superior. finance was superior from other past dealerships. said pick up car at 4pm was done by 4:15. plan on leasing all my future cars from them. loved no waiting around so long. didn’t try and sell us all the nonsense stuff others do. highly recommend this dealership.
This is my 3rd lease now with Wantagh Mazda, and for sure not the last. Every time out the entire process has been smooth, quick, easy and stress free. 6ish years ago I walked into a different Mazda dealership. The salesman was rude and never bothered even taking my name. Then I went to Wantagh Mazda. The entire sales team was such a pleasure to work with. After 2 leases I had decided to pay off my lease. Then I found and fell in love with my new CX5. I would recommend Wantagh Mazda to everyone.
