But the most significant thing about this buying experience was not walking in and sealing the deal. The most significant thing was how they handled things after I bought the car. Due to no fault of their own, there was an issue with the new car that popped up within the first 24 hours. They didn't even hesitate to do the right thing. They swapped out the car for another exact model and had me off and running by the end of that day. It's easy to give a good review when everything goes according to plan.
